Finally published my own website! In this site, I will feature all my artworks made with all of my love for nature and arts. I started attending workshops for watercolor and practicing a lot since 2016 but my passion for arts was way way back when I was still a kid.
I remember drawing stick figures in our wall and my mother would be so frustrated so she bought me crayons and paper so that I would leave the walls clean. My first drawings as I remember are angels. I would put these drawn angels under my parents and siblings pillow because I'm not really sure why I do that. Maybe I'm really a sweet kid before haha!
Later, I transitioned to drawing anime figures because of my addiction to anime. This has been my favorite pieces to draw until I graduated from high school. I stopped drawing in college up until my first 4 years of working because of various distractions but I started to miss. There is an itch to try again. At first attempts, I have been so frustrated. I draw like crap now. I felt like I lost it.
Then one day, I saw this watercolor workshop for beginners just near the office so I gave it a try. I have to be honest, I didn't love it at first. It's a difficult medium and my experience with acrylic didn't help me at all. But since I signed but for a 5-day workshop, I have to finish it and I'm glad that I did.
I started to understand how it works and its unique features. But it was after a year from that that I really took painting again seriously. I decided that I don't want to lose this gift and that is where everything started. I became so inspired especially when I saw improvements in my work and felt like I still have it.
After that, I never stop painting and I'm so excited to discover more techniques to improve my works more. :)
